You can request deletion of your user account and permanently remove all of your order data. Deletion requests can be initiated through email. Be mindful that all deletion requests may take 3 to 4 days to process and are irreversible once completed.

How To Contact Us and Request Deletion

You can email us on our customer support email ID – info@pragationline.com with the Subject Line “Delete My Account”. Once your email request is received for deletion, your account and all order data will be deleted from our website and Mobile app Pragati Books.
