TRANSFUSION FLUIDS :
1 To prepare Water for Injection I.P.
2 To perform test for Pyrogens on water for injection I.P.
3 To Study the Suitablity of Dextrose for Preparation of Sodium Chloride for preparation of transfusion fiuids.
4 To perform hydrolytic resistance test on glass bottles used for transfusion fluids.
5 To evaluate the plastic transfusion bottles (thickness more than 500 m.m.) used.
6 To prepare 500ml Normal saline for injection I.P.
7 To prepare 500ml 5% w/v Dextrose injection I.P.
8 To Prepare 500ml of Compound Sodium Chloride injection I.P.
9 To Prepare 500 ml Compound Sodium Lactate injection I.P.
10 To Prepare 20% w/v mannitol Intravenous Infusion 500ml.
11 To prepare 500 ml Sodium Bicarbonate Intravenous Infusion B.P.
SURGICAL DRESSINGS :
1 Evaluation of Absorbent Cotton wool.
2 To determine sinking time of Absorbent Cotton wool.
3 To determine holding capacity loss on drying.
