Shipping Related Questions
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you would need to place multiple orders.
Typically all Maharashtra deliveries are completed within 1-2 days post shipment and outside Maharashtra deliveries are completed within 5-7 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping, depending on your pin code or if it needs to be shipped outside India.
The same will be intimated when you place the order and a tracking number will be provided to you.

Shipping Rates are calculated on the total weight of all books on the cart. We do not charge any excess shipping rate, the shipping charges charged by the courier companies is forwarded to you.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1 to 4 working days of the order. Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

We have no returns policy at the moment. Though you would entitled to a replacement for the following reasons :

- Order lost in shipping.
For items that were not delivered, a replacement copy is issued and will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your replacement copy.
Please note that you wont be charged for shipping of the replacement copy.
Please allow up to 14 / 21 working days for your refund to be processed in your account.
