About the Author :

After working for thirty-five years in the industry in India and abroad, including several years of career in fairly senior positions as plant head or business head, he retired from Philips in 2005.
Since retirement, he is associated with Pragati Leadership Institute, Pune, as a Business Consultant, as an Executive coach and Training facilitator in Total Quality Management and Management Development.

He is also a member of Business Ethics Foundation, Pune, and an editor of their monthly Management Digest. He has a Degree in Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management. He has developed an art of making things practical and easy to comprehend, in simple language.
