Introduction

Experiment No. 1: To study the determination of absorption maxima and the effects of solvents on absorption maxima of organic compounds.

Experiment No. 2: To perform an assay of Paracetamol tablet using the calibration curve method.

Experiment No. 3: To Estimate concentration of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol by using Simultaneous equation method. (Vierordt’s method).

Experiment No. 4: To estimate concentration of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac by Absorbance ratio Method (Q Analysis method).

Experiment No. 5: Estimation of dextrose in blood by colorimetry.

Experiment No. 6: Estimation of Sulfanilamide in blood by colorimetry.

Experiment No. 7: Estimation of Sulfanilamide in Urine by colorimetry.

Experiment No. 8: To find out the content of quinine sulphate by fluorimetry.

Experiment No. 9: To find out the content of Riboflavin by fluorimetry.
